Who has it? I personally, as a single 60> cannot afford $1,200 1 bedroom apartment. This doesn't even include an outside space/balcony. This is absolutely insane the way ppl (like me) are being taken advantage of. I'm a steady, optimistic, hard working, CLEAN in every way, non smoking, trustworthy & legit person just trying to find a living space for just myself. All the homes and all the people who have unused 'real estate', just sitting unused is unbelievable. I have kids and grands that visit occasionally. I work remote in the healthcare legal field. I want my own space, not to bother anyone, just to feel safe and happy trying to get thru the mess they call the American dream. I do yard work, too. I enjoy it. I'm also an animal lover. I'll pay reasonable rent and of course my own bills. I have a nice car so it's not an eyesore. Promise, I'm 'normal'. Idk....this is awful what happening to my age who don't have a partner to 'take care of me'. I guess that's my fault. Lol...not interested. I'm fine by myself. Is there a person, couple, family, that has a floor or private space that includes it's own entrance, kitchenette, washer/dryer and can make money from renting to another caring human? Then let's talk. Oh an btw, I'm not looking for anything but a space to rent. Thanks. 🙏
