Who has it? I personally, as a single 60> cannot afford $1,200 1 bedroom apartment. This doesn't even include an outside space/balcony. This is absolutely insane the way ppl (like me) are being taken advantage of. I'm a steady, optimistic, hard working, CLEAN in every way, non smoking, trustworthy & legit person just trying to find a living space for just myself. Alllll the homes out here and alllllll the people who have unused 'real estate' ...will you give me a look? I have kids, grands...all the good stuff. I want my own space, not to bother anyone, just to feel safe and happy trying to get thru the mess they call the American dream. I even do yard work...love love love working in the yard, I'm an animal lover, I just have my balcony right now, at least I have that. The owner is thinking about selling because this location is getting out of hand. I need to think about moving. I'll pay reasonable rent and of course my own bills! It's just insane. I have a nice car...I won't be an eyesore in the neighborhood. Promise, I'm 'normal'. Idk....this is awful what happening to my age who don't have a partner to 'take care of me'. I guess that's my fault. Lol...not interested. I'm fine by myself. Is there a couple, a family, an anyone that has a floor of private space they do not use and can make money from renting to another caring human? Then let's talk about it.
