Experienced residential property management team seeking a long-term live-on-site management opportunity with a privately owned, family-owned, or boutique apartment community.
We are especially interested in properties located in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Brentwood, Bel-Air, and immediately surrounding Westside neighborhoods.
Together, we bring experience in community management, resident relations, leasing, property operations, vendor coordination, administrative management, property presentation, and light maintenance. We currently work together as an onsite management team and understand the unique responsibility that comes with both managing and living at the property.
Our ideal opportunity would be a small-to-mid-sized conventional residential property or boutique portfolio where we can work together as a husband-and-wife team, with an onsite apartment included as part of the compensation package.
We especially appreciate family-owned, privately owned, and boutique properties where ownership values reliability, excellent resident relationships, attention to detail, professionalism, and a long-term relationship with their management team.
A boutique luxury building or small portfolio of approximately 20–50 units in Brentwood, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Bel-Air, or the surrounding Westside would be an especially great fit.
