I understand that successful plumbing service is about more than fixing a problem. It is about properly diagnosing the problem, explaining the options to the customer, developing the right solution, and making sure the work is performed correctly and profitably.
My particular strength is with larger plumbing opportunities such as sewer and water line repairs, replacements and excavation projects.
I can communicate with the customer, understand the technical requirements of the job, help develop the scope of work, estimate the project, coordinate the excavation and subcontractors, and help move the job through completion.
I am also comfortable working within an established company's systems. I follow direction, respect the company's procedures, and understand that I am there to help the company succeed—not reinvent it.
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR
I am open to the right service management, plumbing sales, business development, estimating, field supervision, or senior service position.
I am particularly interested in a company that wants to increase revenue from sewer, water-line and excavation opportunities without sacrificing customer trust or quality.
I am not looking for a position where I have to prove how much I know. I am looking for a company where I can put what I know to work.
I am capable of working in the field when necessary, but my greatest value is in diagnosing problems, communicating with customers, developing the job, supporting technicians, managing projects and helping the company generate profitable work.
I am an Army Veteran and have spent my career building businesses, managing people, solving problems and taking care of customers.
I also hold a U.S. Patent for a remote-release vehicle immobilization device, reflecting my ability to develop practical solutions to difficult problems.
My most recent business was a specialized parking compliance company that I operated for many years. Changes in Colorado law recently forced the business to close, giving me the opportunity to return to an industry where I have substantial experience and skills.
