I’ve been doing my own lawn and landscape company for about 12 years. It’s been full time for the majority of that time. I work for several property management companies doing make ready and other emergency handyman services.

I have multiple reliable vehicles, a lot of tools and a truck and trailer.

I have been working 70-80 hour weeks in the heat for the last few months, I’m in great shape and can handle long hours.

Able to learn just about any trade work, experienced in basic electrical, carpentry, audio video. Running wire, setting up equipment racks, replacing dead outlets, etc…

Willing and able to buy any tools I may be missing to be able to get the job done.

Clean background, clean driving record and all that.

The drought and buying way more tools and stuff this year than I should have messed up my plans and finances. Mainly looking for something from now until next March but open to recurring seasonal work or potentially a full time long term position that’s willing to work with me mowing during April-September.

Can supply dozens of individual and commercial references for my reliability and quality of work.
