Established Professional Seeking Shared Housing (San Francisco)

I am a 60 year-old single gay male in search of shared housing with someone in the same age range. I am a working professional and have lived in San Francisco for 34 years. I am college-educated, work in the financial district, and have been in my current role for 16 years. The condominium I have been leasing for the last 5 years is being sold and I am seeking a quiet, shared space with a home-like feel. I have furniture, so I am not looking for a furnished room. Rather, I am looking for someone with an established, quiet home or apartment interested in/in need of a long-term roommate. I have excellent credentials and credit and an established record of being an ideal tenant. Prior to my current residence, I lived in the same apartment for 29 years.
