We have a tiny house or room and kitchenette with a bathroom about 20 feet away from the tiny house that has hot water, shower and toilet. For 1 person (too small for 2) available with its own private entrance and small deck, garden ect on a beautiful rescue farm sanctuary available for 1 person. Excellent references are required, as well as security dp. If you can help with approximately 1 hour of work a day which includes feeding light landscaping and mucking, ideally for someone who works part time or with a flexible schedule and 4 hrs on Saturdays at the rescue rent can be reduced to $ 750
Located in Elfin Forest on a 5 acre rescue farm sanctuary! Very simple and rustic. Looking for a responsible caring helper and or a quiet tenant only if no work trade desired to enjoy this peaceful place.
