One Day Event (11/2) Directional Help for Day of the Dead festival (Escondido/San Marcos)

there is an event on November 2nd (Monday) from 7am to 5pm where we will be directing guests and traffic along 2 different cemeteries. there are many roles involved to make this work, but some of what we may need involves helping with:
- arranging the parking lot in an orderly fashion to ensure guests can come and go as they please, while leaving room for new cars to park
- preventing cars from parking where they shouldn't
- calling the shuttles or ada shuttle incase guests need a ride to their specific headstone
- front gate guidance
- opening and closing the chains for the shuttles to freely drive across the cemetery
again, nobody will be in charge of every single job, this is just the scope of what may be expected. there will be an opportunity for a few to be let go early, but that number will be limited and cannot be guaranteed for all. expect to stay til at least 5pm. more will be discussed over the phone if you'd like.
