Landscape Construction Team Leader
Location: North County San Diego
We are a landscape design and construction company seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our growing team. We specialize in custom outdoor living spaces including patios, retaining walls, irrigation systems, planting, and hardscape installations.
What You’ll Do
Installation of pavers, concrete, stonework, and retaining walls
Perform grading, drainage, and site preparation
Install irrigation systems, planting, and mulch
Operate basic construction tools and equipment
Work as part of a professional, detail-oriented crew

MUST HAVE STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in landscape construction - minimum 10 years
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
Valid driver’s license is a plus
Team player with a positive attitude
