No controller, no battery, no charger, motor wires cut.
I think the motor hall sensors in the motor are bad. It's only a 36v 350 watt motor anyway.
Just use the frame and replace all the ebike stuff with higher end components. It has a wider than usual drop in so you could put a monster motor in there. Frame is really light aluminium. So it's an excellent platform for creating your electric dream bike. Or just ride it as is.
