Compensation $25-29/hr depending on speed and experience
Barton Painting is hiring a painter helper to work alongside the owner on residential exteriors in Escondido, Oceanside, San Marcos, Carlsbad, and North County. Occasional jobs in San Diego.
This is not a big crew. You’ll be working with me. I need someone who already knows the basics and can keep up: prep, scrape, caulk, mask, brush and roll, cut in clean lines, and move ladders and materials without being told every step. Exterior experience matters.
What I’m looking for:
• Reliable. Show up on time, every day you’re scheduled.
• Comfortable on ladders and moving all day.
• Clean work and a decent pace. A good helper makes the day faster, not slower.
• Own transportation and basic hand tools (brush, 5-in-1).
• Able to work legally in the U.S.
Steady work when jobs are booked. Pay discussed after I see how you work. Start can be a paid trial day.
