Build ROOM additions, stairs, patio covers, entries, frame in skylights, vaulted ceilings, and also finish work including doors, baseboards and casing....replace rotten fence posts, termite damaged wood...water damaged wood. Prefer North County. Can make new rough openings for windows and adding new closets.... from framing to drywall to paint and then the door and shelving.. Drywall patching, hanging and taping. (Convert existing rooms to bedrooms with a new closet and new window for fire egress)
