Grass/grain fed Beef - $5 (Ephrata)

$5.50 a pound hanging weight, plus cut and wrap. Average weight has been 350 pounds a half. Our beef is processed to your desired cuts and neatly packaged and boxed. The steers are raised on pasture and a ration of Alfalfa, Timothy, and a ration of milled corn/peas/wheat. Our cattle have had no antibiotics and are raised in a clean, low stress environment. Our next steers were dropped October 18th and ready for cut instructions October 22nd.
Available in a whole or half for $5.25 a pound. (all based on hanging weight) Additional shared charges such ad kill fee and inspection fee are shared between the halves. Beef can be picked up in Ephrata or we can meet you somewhere as well. Weights will be sent to customers after we receive them from the facility. We accept all major Credit Cards(with fee), Venmo or cash. If you need delivery, that can be arranged as well. To secure your half or whole a deposit is required before cut selections can be chosen.
