Deluxe 52 unit Encino apartment building in excellent location close to Ventura Blvd. is seeking a resident Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our complex. This is a part time job.
Qualifications:
• At least 4 years local experience in apartment management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle and resolve tenant concerns effectively.
• Knowledge of property management software (Yardi).
Duties:
• Oversee daily operations of the apartment complex.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold high standards of maintenance and cleanliness.
• Handle tenant relations, including leasing.
• Enforce community rules and regulations.
• Manage rent collection, lease negotiations, and tenant move-ins and move-outs.
