One Stop ADU Center is a growing construction company specializing in Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), garage conversions, and custom backyard homes.
We are hiring **2 experienced telemarketers** to join our in-office team in Encino.
We are looking for motivated, confident individuals with strong outbound calling experience who can communicate with homeowners, handle objections, follow up with leads, and schedule qualified consultations for our sales representatives.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Make outbound calls to homeowners and prospective customers
- Follow up with new and existing leads
- Schedule qualified ADU consultations for our sales team
- Explain our ADU construction services and answer basic customer questions
- Handle objections and maintain professional communication
- Update customer information and follow-ups in our CRM
- Meet daily calling and monthly appointment-setting targets
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous telemarketing or outbound appointment-setting experience required
- Experience in ADU, construction, home improvement, solar, or real estate is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confident, professional phone presence
- Strong sales and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable making approximately 100 outbound calls daily
- Reliable, organized, and results-driven
- Must work in person at our Encino office
