We are seeking an enthusiastic, goal-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be the point of contact for potential customers, outbound calling to spark interest and schedule appointments for third party design and remodeling specialists.
Schedule: Full-Time Sunday through Thursdays, in person
Compensation: starting $20.00 per hour, paid weekly

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients.
Engage naturally with people, build quick rapport, and qualify their home improvement needs.
Schedule qualified appointments for field sales/remodeling team.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system.
