From our past experiences our tiny house works best for people that are eco-minded, minimalists, animal lovers and are into sustainable organic living, gardening, the outdoors and camping.
Please read description below before inquiring:
We are offering our unique and sustainable 120 sq/ft with 35 sq/ft loft, fully furnished tiny home as a monthly rental for short term (1 month up to 3 months). It is very cozy and consists of a full bathroom that includes sink, Nature's Head self-composting toilet (https://natureshead.net), and hot water RV sized shower. There is a kitchenette with small fridge, sink, hotplate, toaster oven, coffee maker on a granite counter top. It is light and bright with its own private peak ocean view deck outside and comfortable seating.
The loft consists of a queen sized bed and storage for bags. The Downstairs has 2 chairs with small fold up coffee table. Outside the sliding door is a small deck with couch, chair, coffee table. Our unmanicured property has 2 goats, free-range chickens (no roosters), ducks, turkeys and 2 Chihuahuas, and provides a very "organic/rustic" experience.
Many birds, bugs and other urban wildlife enjoy this natural environment and our property is a"certified" wildlife habitat.We do not use toxic herbicides and pesticides on our property and hope for our tenant to be respectful of that and use only eco-friendly cleaning products (since we have grey water recycling).
We are very centrally located, with several markets, restaurants, coffee shops, bars within short walking/driving distance. The beach, train/coaster, and many sights are also very accessible (within a 1 mile).
