Description of House:
Share large 2300 square foot house in Encinitas1 block south of Encinitas Blvd and 2 blocks east of El Camino Real with 3 other people.
House is 10 minute drive to downtown Encinitas, Swami's Beach and Moonlight Beach.
House is within walking distance to Ralphs, Trader Joes, and lots of other shopping.
Access south to UCSD / Sorrento Valley is convenient using I-5 Manchester exit.
House is in relatively quiet neighborhood surrounded by single family homes.
House is furnished with fully equipped kitchen.
Common amenities include backyard patio, swimming pool, gas grill, dining room, living room, large recreation room, room with fireplace, garage with bar, and laundry. Pool not heated but is warm enough to use from April to October. There is space for a garden.
Lease Agreement:
A total of 4 people will be sharing the house. House has 2 full bathrooms, and one half bathroom.
The rent for this room is $900 per month. Off street parking is not provided, but there is also plentiful on street parking.
Would prefer at least 6 month commitment.
Preferences regarding Roommate:
House is very quiet so perfect for grad student or quiet professional. No smoking, pets, drugs, or excessive partying please. Looking for someone responsible that can look after the house if everyone else is on vacation.
Amenities:
Fast broadband access included in rent. No cable TV included, but Amazon Prime and Apple TV is available for streaming in rec room.
Gas and Electric are not included, but the electric charges are minimal because the house has solar panels.
Room Description:
The bedroom being advertised is an upstairs room with carpet, freshly painted. The room can be furnished with a futon, desk, and a dresser. The dimensions are 9 ft 10 in. x 10 ft 4 in., for 101.61 square feet total. There is one window that looks out over the backyard and the pool, and an 8 square foot closet, 4 ft 4 in x 2 ft 1 in. There are 3 bathrooms in house, one of which is attached to the master bedroom. You would share 2 bathrooms with the other roommates. One of those bathrooms has a shower/tub.
About Myself:
I am a male software engineer and play acoustic guitar. I also swim and run for fun. I and the other roommate travel a fair amount so you may have the house to yourself at times. I like to socialize, but do not party excessively.
Currently there are two other male roommates who work as engineers at tech companies.
My roommate references can be provided on request.

I can't provide a lot of storage, so this rental is better for someone with a smaller number of possessions.
To move in require first and last months rent + 500 security deposit.
