The Issue This Fixes: This is the latest OEM factory revision supplied directly by Dacor warranty support to address known load-bearing failures on legacy 42-inch built-in models. If your current refrigerator or freezer doors are experiencing severe squeaking, grinding, sagging, alignment issues, or failing to seal/close properly, replacing the lower hinge assemblies and gas struts is the standard factory repair to restore smooth operation.
Compatibility: Please verify your exact model and part numbers before purchasing.
Note: This legacy hardware is strictly for the older generation built-ins and is NOT compatible with the newly redesigned DRS425300SR chassis.
