Very solid dining table - Needs a coat of paint. It was originally black, and we painted it pink. Has two additional 12" leaves to expand the table into a sizeable oval. Great for Thanksgiving, etc. I would've chosen "good" condition, but I put "fair" only because of the paint and one small blemish on one of the leaves. It's got great "bones" and has a lot of life left for someone who can give it a little TLC.
