Launch Your Wellness Business in Encinitas with Low Overhead
A Move-In-Ready Space for Established Instructors and Wellness Professionals
Grow or expand your Pilates, fitness, movement, or wellness business without the cost and risk of leasing and building out an entire studio.
This private, newly built-out 262-square-foot movement studio is located inside Sage Health, an established 3,000-square-foot wellness center serving Encinitas since 2000.
The studio includes:
• Mirrored wall
• Luxury wood-look plank flooring
• Beautiful cove-lit ceiling
• Air conditioning and ceiling fan
• Storage space
• Dedicated area outside the studio for shoes and personal belongings
• Shared professional waiting room
• Option for a private entrance
• Ample free parking within a convenient business park
• Utilities included
• Optional use of existing Pilates and yoga equipment
The studio comfortably accommodates approximately 9 participants, making it ideal for elevated small-group classes, semi-private instruction, or one-on-one sessions.
This space is ideal for an instructor or practitioner who already has clients, is building a recurring class schedule, or wants to test a new offering in a professional setting before committing to a larger lease. Start with one consistent weekly class, add hours as demand grows, and keep your overhead predictable.
Rental options include:
• $60 per hour for a consistent weekly class time
• $75 per hour for a one-time or occasional rental
• Discounted rates for multiple weekly class times
You retain 100% of the revenue from the clients you bring unless a separate written agreement applies.
Sage Health also has an established membership community. If you choose to welcome Sage Health members into your class, each participating member can offset $10 of that class’s rental fee. For example, six participating Sage members could fully offset the standard $60 weekly rental—giving you the opportunity to teach rent-free while introducing your services to an established wellness community.
The studio is especially well suited for:
• Pilates or mat Pilates
• Personal training
• Physical therapy
• Barre, yoga, dance, stretching, or mobility classes
• Corrective exercise or rehabilitation
• Small-group wellness workshops
• Other complementary health and wellness services
Avoid major upfront build-out expenses, long-term lease commitments, and the overhead of operating a standalone studio. Use only the space and time you need, validate demand, and grow your Encinitas presence at your own pace.
Set up a time to tour the studio, and we can discuss availability, rental options, member participation, and opportunities that may work for your business.
