12 Foot Christmas Tree w/Ornaments and Tree Skirt - $250 (Carlsbad)

We bought it new. We recently moved and no longer have tall enough ceilings to support it. You need a large room with high ceilings for it to work. One note: one section developed a short last year, so you may need to string additional lights on the tree. They come and go when the original lights turn on.
We'll include a tree skirt for it, as well as a selection of large ornaments, as we won't need them anymore. That's another $200+ in value, as the large ornaments and tree skirt for a tree this size are expensive.
This tree would cost well over $1,000 new. I'm pricing it low and including the extras because I want it to go to someone who will appreciate it this holiday season. It's been our tree for several years, and I hope it will continue making the holidays bright for someone else.
