Employed professional seeking room for rent (Clairemont/CV)

Hello, employed friendly male professional here looking to rent a room (or studio/casita) in Carmel Valley, Clairemont or the surrounding area. I am 56yrs young, online business consultant who works via quiet Zoom calls and emails from my laptop, and occasionally in the field. I am also an author, have published several books on Amazon and working on another, so I tend to stay busy writing and working on several projects. I’m very clean, quiet, considerate and respectful, very light on utilities, like to stay active at the gym, hiking, tennis, swimming etc. Sometimes I travel on weekends out of town to help my mother who is elderly. I do not have any pets (but pet-friendly) and do not smoke.
Im looking for a clean, quiet, peaceful place to live that has a decent wifi signal. Furnished would be ideal, but unfurnished is fine too. If there is an option for a private bathroom I would be interested, but willing to share with another clean roommate. I rarely cook, just make salads & buy ready-made foods from the deli.
I have steady income, zero debt, references and great credit (802 FICO). Hoping to find a room by November 15th, thank you.
