Hello, employed friendly professional male here looking to rent a room in the Del Mar, Carmel Valley / RP area. I am 56yrs young, online business consultant who works via quiet Zoom calls and emails from my laptop, and occasionally in the field. I am also an author, have published several books on Amazon and working on another, so I tend to stay busy working on several projects. I’m very clean, quiet, considerate and respectful, LGBT-friendly, very light on utilities, like to stay active at the gym, hiking, tennis, swimming etc. Sometimes I travel on weekends out of town to help my mother who is elderly. I do not have any pets (but pet-friendly) and do not smoke.
Im looking for a clean, quiet, peaceful place to live that has a strong wifi signal. Furnished would be ideal, but unfurnished is fine too. If there is an option for a private bathroom I would be interested, but willing to share with another clean roommate. I rarely cook, just make salads and buy ready-made foods from the deli.
I have steady income, zero debt, great credit and references. Looking to find a room by November 1st, thank you.
