Hey everyone! I’m a 33-year-old hospitality professional and recording artist originally from Philadelphia. I’m also a former volunteer firefighter and currently work a steady schedule, five to six days a week, at a restaurant in Santa Monica.
I’m looking for a private bedroom, studio, guesthouse/ADU, apartment, or sublet. I am not looking for a shared bedroom. I’m open to different parts of Los Angeles, with a preference for West or Central LA and anywhere offering a manageable commute to Santa Monica.
My budget is up to $1,400 per month, depending on the space and location, although I would ideally like to stay under $1,100.
I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, responsible, and reliable with rent. Outside of hospitality, I’m building my career in music, modeling, and acting. I’m considerate about noise, shared spaces, and household rules.
I’m looking for an LGBTQ+-friendly home with a straightforward rental agreement and clear household expectations.
Because I recently relocated, flexible move-in costs would be especially helpful—whether that means a reduced deposit, no deposit, or allowing the security deposit to be paid in installments. I have steady income and can provide proof of employment.
If you have something available, please send the following:
• Neighborhood or nearest cross streets
• Monthly rent and deposit
• Available move-in date
• Photos of the room and shared spaces
• Who currently lives in the home
• Any important house rules or restrictions
I’d be happy to share more about myself and arrange a time to speak or view the space.
If this post is still up, I’m still actively looking. Thanks!
