Looking for a strong Electrical Foreman to take the lead on a large scale, million-dollar hospital project.
We're looking for an experienced electrician who knows how to run work in the field, lead a crew, and keep a project moving.
This is not a small job. We're working in an active hospital environment where coordination, planning, and knowing how to work around other trades and ongoing operations are critical.
We need someone who can take ownership of the electrical work, stay ahead of the schedule, and make sure the manpower and materials are where they need to be.

Coordinate material procurement and avoid delays caused by poor planning.
Identify problems in the field and get ahead of them before they turn into bigger issues.
Maintain quality, productivity, and jobsite safety.
Keep manpower organized and hold the crew accountable.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician on large commercial projects.
Hospital, healthcare, or other active occupied building experience is a big plus.
Someone who understands how to run work, not just install electrical.
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and installation.
Ability to read plans, understand scope, and coordinate work in the field.
Experience coordinating manpower, schedules, and material needs.
Someone who can communicate with the GC, project managers, other trades, and their crew.
A hands-on leader who takes ownership and doesn't wait around to be told what needs to get done.
The Project
This is a phased hospital project with approximately six months of work ahead and additional opportunities beyond this project for the right person.
We're looking for someone who wants to take charge, make an impact, and be part of a team that has continued work ahead.
Bottom Line:
We need a seasoned electrician who knows how to run a commercial job, keep a crew productive, stay ahead of materials and scheduling, and get the work done right.
If you know how to lead from the field and take ownership of a project, we want to talk to you.
