This is massive 5.5” x 2.5 ft grate dual fuel smoker using both propane and, or wood fired cross flow setup. It is currently a stationary unit that can easily be fitted to any trailer with just a small amount of fabrication. The cooking area is a removable single grate, that is 64” x 32” allowing for a huge 2,048 square inches of food smoking or grilling area available. Internally it easily and quickly breaks down for a complete and thorough cleaning. This is not a light, thin metal build, it was fabricated using heavy 1/4 thick steel which holds and stabilizes the temperature longer. This also means the lid is heavy and requires the counter weight that is fabricated to the back of it to open. It has 4 propane burners, with each side having both the front and rear burner individually adjustable. The wood fire ring with an ash cleanup area below it, is mounted on the opposite side of the smoke stack, allowing for the smoke to travel the entire cooking chamber before escaping, for those that enjoy the natural wood smoke flavor.
I have a skidsteer on-site to load it on your truck or trailer. I can also deliver for an additional fee, based on location and availability of equipment at destination to off load it.
