This was purchased new from Bernie and Phyls 5 years ago. Perfect for a large room or basement family room. Cost 2,600 new. Smoke free home, only 2 adults and a cat in the house. There are some cat kneeded spots that I captured. Very comfortable. Moving and our new living room is too small for this. Long section measures 139", couch leg is 109" and the love seat/lounger is 67".
