Fin Cabinetry & Furniture is seeking a highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee Commercial and Residential custom cabinetry and architectural millwork projects from award through final installation. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating every phase of the project while ensuring exceptional communication with clients, general contractors, architects, vendors, and internal production teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial and residential custom cabinetry and architectural millwork projects from contract award through closeout.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
Coordinate with general contractors, architects, designers, engineers, vendors, installers, and internal production staff.
Review construction documents, architectural plans, elevations, shop drawings, specifications, and finish schedules.
Lead project kickoff meetings and maintain regular communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project budgets, approve change orders, monitor costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
Coordinate material procurement and ensure all products are ordered and delivered according to production schedules.
Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, punch lists, closeout documentation, warranties, and project documentation.
Oversee installation schedules and coordinate field crews to ensure successful project completion.
Identify potential project risks early and develop solutions before they impact schedules or budgets.
Maintain accurate project records using project management software and internal tracking systems.
Ensure all projects meet company quality standards, client expectations, building codes, and safety requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project partners.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience, preferably in custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, casework, or finish carpentry.
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project sequencing.
Experience managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, millwork details, specifications, and blueprints.
Knowledge of commercial cabinetry manufacturing and installation processes.
Experience with budgeting, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
Strong understanding of change orders, submittals, RFIs, AIA documentation, and project closeout procedures.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
