The kitchen is on the same floor.
Two other people live in the home, one upstairs and one downstairs. The intent is to maintain a sense of community and friendship, all while each having their own space and life.
The house sits on a little less than 3 acres, facing south and with views. Very quiet, surrounded by meadows and pine trees, no direct neighbor and as such, very private. The house can't be seen from the county road, and only two more houses are found further down it. The home is on a well, so no chlorine in water.
Available right away. i was going to sell the house but have decided to keep it and find roommates. I can furnish the room if required. Open to short term renters for winter.
