Job Description
Plush Transportation & Shuttle, Inc. is seeking dependable, professional, and courteous Part-Time Shuttle Drivers to join our growing transportation team.
We are looking for experienced drivers who takes pride in providing safe, reliable, and punctual transportation. Our drivers represent our company every day, and we expect the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, and safety.
This position is ideal for a qualified driver seeking consistent weekday morning hours with afternoons and weekends free.
Minimum Qualifications — Mandatory:
*Valid California Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement (P) — REQUIRED.
*Must have held a valid California driver's license for a minimum of 5 years.
*Minimum 2 years of verifiable professional driving experience.
*No at-fault accidents on driving record.
*No DUI convictions.
*No more than one (1) point on California DMV driving record.
*Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform the job safely.
*High school diploma or equivalent required.
*Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with applicable ongoing testing requirements.
*Must be reliable, punctual, well-groomed, professional, and courteous.
*Must be able to safely operate a passenger shuttle and follow established routes and schedules.
*Applicants without the required Passenger Endorsement will not be considered.
Primary Responsibilities:
Safely transport passengers between designated pickup and drop-off locations.
Follow assigned routes and maintain scheduled departure and arrival times.
Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to all passengers.
Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable vehicle.
Follow all company safety procedures and applicable transportation regulations.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management.
Report any vehicle concerns, incidents, or delays immediately.
