Hello! Im currently looking to hire a personal assistant (either part time or full time) to help me run my mortgage/real estate company. Im currently in a shared space and im looking to start a new office and hire loan officers/agents. We've been in business for years and had a slow down in business due to rates climbing so high but im ultimately looking to rebuild and get back to a powerhouse. Im looking for someone who is outgoing, fun, can handle any task and has a positive attitude. We will be sharing an office to start so this is key.
As for me, I like to keep the office mood fun and light. I listen to music, make jokes and like to be comfortable at the work place.
The ideal candidate will be able to help me with the following:
- new hire onboarding
- assisting with day to day office needs
- experience with AI
- handling loan/real estate related paperwork
- social media marketing
- investor relations
- much more
This position offers HUGE growth potential and profit sharing opportunities. I run a fun and laid back office so there is no micromanaging and you're afforded a lot of flexibility. The hours can be full or part time but the hours worked must be between 8-5, nothing after and almost never on weekends.
The pay possibilities are endless so id like to leave that to discuss during the interview once ive gotten to know you and how you can add value. There are different structures available that include
- Strictly an hourly rate
- Hourly plus performance/production based bonuses
