Located in El Segundo’s Smoky Hollow district, our established Hair & Wellness Sanctuary offers a peaceful, professional environment where independent practitioners can operate their own businesses while being part of a complementary beauty and wellness setting.
ROOM RENTAL — $350/WEEK

IMPORTANT — ONE PRACTITIONER PER RENTAL
The $350/week rental is for ONE approved independent practitioner and business only.
This is not a shared room, rotating practitioner, weekly pop-up or subleasing arrangement. Additional practitioners, employees, contractors or other individuals may not provide services from the room under the renter’s agreement.
Any alternative use of the space must be separately proposed and approved by Sanctuary ownership before an agreement is established.
The renter operates their own independent business and is responsible for their own:
• Professional licensing/certifications
• Liability insurance
• Client scheduling and payments
• Clientele
• Supplies and equipment
• Business operations and individual marketing
Grand Illusions has served the South Bay community since 2003 and is continuing to expand as Grand Illusions Hair & Wellness Sanctuary — Where Beauty Meets Wellness, Roots to Soul.
We are looking for the right professional and long-term fit, not simply someone to occupy the room.
