Part-Time On-Camera Live Sales Host – Whatnot
We are an e-commerce company located in El Monte, CA looking for an energetic and confident Live Stream Sales Host to join our Whatnot live-selling team.
This is an in-person, on-camera position. You will interact with viewers, introduce products, create excitement during live auctions, answer customer questions, and help drive sales during our Whatnot livestreams.
What We're Looking For:
• Fluent, natural-sounding English with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
• Energetic, outgoing, friendly personality
• Able to keep conversations flowing and engage with viewers
• Strong sales mentality and ability to encourage purchases
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable learning product information quickly
• Previous livestream, retail sales, content creation, hosting, acting, TikTok Live, Whatnot, or social media experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
• Host live-selling sessions on Whatnot
• Present and explain products clearly and enthusiastically
• Interact with customers through live chat
• Run auctions and promotions during livestreams
• Create an entertaining and engaging shopping experience
• Learn product features, pricing, and promotions
• Work with our team to improve livestream sales performance
Compensation:
$25–$30/hour
Sales commission
Performance bonuses
Higher compensation may be available for candidates with strong livestream or sales experience.
Location:
El Monte, CA
This is an in-person position. Remote work is not available.
Schedule:
Part-time. Exact schedule will be discussed during the interview.
