• Hourly pay

Hourly wages are paid for all hours worked, including training. Commission and bonus eligibility, calculation methods, and payment terms will be provided in writing.
YOUR FIRST 30 DAYS
Week 1 — Learn the business
Complete paid training in marketing basics, scripts, customer engagement, qualification, safety, and company procedures.
Week 2 — Demonstrate your skills
Show that you can confidently introduce our services, handle common objections, qualify homeowners and record appointments accurately.
Weeks 3–4 — Prove your production
Work toward established appointment and quality targets, participate in coaching and demonstrate consistent, professional performance.
Day 30 — Earn your next step
Your manager will evaluate your training completion, field skills, appointment quality, reliability and overall performance.
