1-1/4" PVC pipe and end caps. I have about 30 of them (plus some nubs) and they're cut approximately 10" long. I used them to make candles; I cleaned them, but they've still got a little bit of wax residue (see pics).

$25 for just the PVC. $20 for just the end caps. $35 OBO for everything.
