Rapper/Engineer LF for an Artist/Engineer/Producer to Build With (Newark)

I'm a rapper and I engineer my own stuff. Looking for one person around here to build with on a regular basis instead of meeting somebody once and never following up.
What I'm picturing: you rap or sing, you do a little bit of mixing and you might also make beats. We go back and forth on each other's songs and we both end up with way more finished music and content than either of us would have alone.
Two sets of ears is really the whole thing. Trading off on mixes lifts both our records without either of us doing anything extra. Working alone you miss stuff, every time.
We can help each other with content. I got some places we can be at and we can always bounce ideas off each other.
We can work at my place. I've got a decent isolation room and a control room with everything we need, so booking time isn't going to be the thing that slows us down.
The rhythm I'm after is one night a week or bi weekly. Some of those nights go to your record, some go to mine, and some we end up on the same one together.
Me: I do everything from boom bap to modern UK drill, and pop/college/backpack too. I've got a stack of songs that are close to done as well as the ones I'm currently releasing. I work as a professional engineer and technical producer so I'm always networking and attending events in NYC.
You: Been doing this a while, know your way around a DAW, reliable. And you're actually local. Newark'ish area. Close enough that linking up on a Tuesday night isn't a problem. Also you have a sense for what's going on in New Jersey and any events that we can attend locally in the area. I'm from Miami and I mostly work in New York so that means a lot. I'm looking to do more networking.
