Position Summary

As a Cook, you’ll prepare menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, keep your station organized, and help ensure every guest enjoys a great meal.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred (Italian or fast casual is a plus).
• Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes and directions.
• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and able to lift up to 55 lbs.
