Black Flag Insect Fogger
uses small propane tank - see pics
I will include the tank shown in pic but not sure how much left in it. Propane tanks are standard and available at most hardware /home stores.
also requires fogging liquid / insecticide - a small amount in the tank. When you need more it is available at Ace or Menards or Home Depot - etc.

You can test when you come by to purchase but please be aware that it will be hot for awhile after use.
If you need instructions I'd imagine they can be found online - not much to it though.
