Camper is in pretty good usable condition as you can see from our recent Labor Day weekend camping with it. Lift system works great! Lift chains replaced a few years ago and gearboxes recently cleaned and greased. New wheels and tires a few years ago. The propane heater has been upgraded and works great! A previous owner replaced the ceiling panels. Bunk mattresses are fairly new. Everything else is original and works except the refrigerator has been removed and we have never used the water tank or sink so don't know if there are any problems with them.

The most serious problem is that the bunk windows leak. As you can see I put black plastic over the windows when we have rain in the forecast. Other problems are two slide windows have cracked where the trim attaches, trim around counter backsplash coming off, counter water damage near sink faucet, bunk interior panels have water stains and ceiling panels sag from glue drying out, floor trim near door is broken and there is a missing screw in door sill plate.

We've had 20 great years camping with this trailer, plus 14 years with our previous Apache. Our kids are now grown and live far away so no longer camp with us. It's time to end our camping career and pass this on to another family with kids or an Apache enthusiast who wants to fix the problems and get many more years out of the camper.
