Pinnacle Peak Builders WI & MN is looking for an ambitious, motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:
* Meet with homeowners to discuss their remodeling needs.
* Sell interior and exterior remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, roofing, siding, windows, decks, flooring, painting, and more.
* Generate and follow up on leads.
* Perform property inspections and prepare estimates.
* Provide outstanding customer service from the initial consultation through project completion.
Qualifications:
* Sales experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
