Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter orders into the POS system
Explain menu items, specials, and answer customer questions
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining quality standards
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions accurately
Maintain clean and organized dining areas, tables, and service stations
Set up and reset tables before and after service
Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Provide a positive dining experience for all customers
Requirements:
Previous server or restaurant experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must be available for flexible shifts (weekends/evenings as needed)
