We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to lead and coordinate restoration/construction projects with energy and precision. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee construction activities, manage teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Duties
Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project specifications.
Manage and coordinate project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction scheduling software to meet deadlines.
Review construction drawings and technical documents for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with project requirements.
Oversee crew management, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to guide on-site activities effectively.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, safety compliance, change orders, and budgets using construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam.
Enforce federal construction safety regulations (OSHA) and site-specific safety protocols to protect personnel and assets.
Review contracts, manage budgets, and track costs to ensure financial objectives are met without compromising quality or safety.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing construction projects in commercial or heavy civil sectors with supervision responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools.
Extensive construction site experience with the ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately.
Familiarity with OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations; experience implementing safety programs on-site.
Demonstrated ability in managing teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality control and safety compliance.
Excellent communication skills for clear management of crews, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, contract review, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Construction drawing review expertise coupled with a solid understanding of construction regulations and best practices.
Ability to operate technical testing equipment such as ohmmeters when necessary for quality assurance purposes.
