We have an m-Audio USB/MIDI Controller that we purchased and never used. Item is in excellant condition. Includes the original cords and even the special 'over-lays' for the various programs / devices.

Original packing, box, cords, and a copy of the original manual also included. This was one of the highest quality / features at the time when we purchased it. We just never got around to using it. It did not include a 'wall-wort' as it was to be powered off of the USB connection. I see that there are 'wall-worts' available for this device on eBay should you really need one.
