Salary: $71,000 – $78,000 annually
Job Description:
Oversee daily production operations, supervise employees, ensure production goals are met, maintain quality and safety standards, and coordinate with other departments to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in food manufacturing or a related industry, with supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of GMPs and food safety procedures.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
2. Warehouse Supervisor – 1 Opening
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Salary: $75,000 – $82,000 annually
Job Description:
Oversee warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and employee supervision. Ensure accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or a related field, with supervisory experience.
Experience managing warehouse inventory and shipping/receiving operations.
Strong leadership, organizational, and computer skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
3. Maintenance Supervisor – 2 Openings
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Salary: $105,000 – $120,000 annually
Job Description:
Supervise maintenance technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment issues, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or a related field.
At least 2 years in a leadership role.
Ability to read electrical blueprints, PLC diagrams, and mechanical schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
