ADCS Institute — The Alcohol and Drug Counseling Studies Institute — is seeking a motivated, professional, and confident remote outreach representative based in California to help us build relationships with licensed substance use disorder treatment centers throughout California.
ADCSI is an established online school serving students who are working toward substance use disorder counseling certification. We are a CCAPP/CADTP-approved school and have served the field since 2008. We are expanding our outreach to treatment centers whose staff may need education and training to continue working toward their certification goals.
This is a 100% commission-based position with no hourly salary or guaranteed income. It is an opportunity for someone who is comfortable with business-to-business outreach, appointment setting, relationship building, and education-focused sales.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibility will be to call licensed treatment centers in California and request to speak with the program owner, executive director, program director, or clinical supervisor. You will explain that you are calling on behalf of ADCSI a CCAPP &; CADTP-approved online school and would like to introduce an education and tuition-discount program developed for treatment centers.
The program is designed for treatment-center staff who need education related to substance use disorder counseling certification, including individuals who are already registered as RADTs or SUDRCs and may be working toward the next stage of their professional development.
Your first goal is to secure a scheduled Zoom appointment for Rick Reyes founder of ADCS Institute to speak with the treatment center. During your first 30 days, you will attend Zoom meetings with us so you can learn the programs, observe the presentation, answer basic questions, and become comfortable with the full enrollment process.
If you are unable to schedule an appointment, you will still document the correct contact person, job title, phone number, and professional email address whenever possible. Our team can follow up by email, and eligible commission credit may still be available for qualified leads that result in a completed enrollment.
As you gain experience and demonstrate that you understand the program in addition to the sud counseling certification process in California you may begin presenting during zoom sessions as well, being in charge of the entire sales process and therefore receive increase in sales commission.
Compensation
This is a commission-only opportunity. Compensation is based on completed, qualified enrollments and is not guaranteed.
Depending on your activity, lead quality, communication skills, and successful enrollments, the earning potential may include approximately $250 for individual enrollments.
After training and approval to conduct your own presentations, the current commission opportunity may include:
•Up to $500 for an individual student enrollment.
•Up to $1,000 for a qualified treatment-center group enrollment, depending on the program and enrollment arrangement.
Commission terms, eligibility, payment timing, and any group-enrollment requirements will be explained before you begin contacting prospects. Commissions are paid only according to the written terms and after the applicable enrollment requirements are satisfied.
