Couch is 85 inch long and 35 inches deep. It stands at 29 inches tall and the bed unfolds to make it 88 inches deep. The couch doesn’t come with a mattress. I’d rate condition a 8.5/10 as there are two different areas where there’s a small tear in the seam. I attached photos of them. No bugs of any kind.
