Our company has been locally owned and operated in Dover for 23 years. We operate an exciting and busy tax office. Our Staff has over 100 years of tax experience and we have a CPA on Staff.
We are looking to hire an experienced tax professional to grow our business tax return footprint. Excellent knowledge of completing IRS 1065 business returns and Schedule C returns is a must. An IRS PTIN is required.
We are also looking to hire a back-office tax return processor. This person needs extensive tax knowledge with the ability to double check tax returns for accuracy before being e-filed to the IRS and State. This position requires interaction with our Tax Pro's and some interaction with our clients. Flexible hours. Workload fluctuates during the tax season. IRS PTIN is required.
Both these positions could be filled by the same person if there is a good fit!
These opportunities are mostly seasonal. Great opportunity for a retiree looking for seasonal work during the winter months, or someone looking for a second job. Tax season is Jan-April. Hire date would be Nov-Dec timeframe. 401k available! Pay scale varies based on experience with bonuses available. These opportunities are in person only, not remote.
