Green Site Services Group, Inc. (GSS) is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for full-time field operations out of our Dover, NH location. We're an environmental services company. Good pay, solid benefits, consistent work.
THE JOB
Run excavators, loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment
Work alongside a field crew on environmental remediation and site work jobs
Equipment inspections, logs, and DOT/safety compliance
Assist with general labor duties as needed
Varied job sites within New England — no long-haul, home-based operation
After-hours emergency response as part of a rotating on-call team (1 week in 4)
WHAT YOU NEED
Valid heavy equipment operator license (Massachusetts preferred; Rhode Island a plus)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness to perform general labor duties as needed
Reliable, safety-minded, team player
Environmental or industrial experience helpful but not required
ON-CALL
Rotating on-call — 1 week out of every 4. You'll know your schedule in advance. The rotation is shared fairly across the team.
