Resource Options Inc. is actively seeking Commercial Construction Painters to work on projects located throughout the NH Seacoast. We're looking for reliable, skilled painters who take pride in quality workmanship and want consistent opportunities with established commercial contractors.
Position Responsibilities:
- Painting commercial properties both interior/exterior trim, doors and walls.
- Clean or prepare construction sites (Masking off, scraping, sanding, using painters blankets).
- Brush & roll, cutting in, and spraying painting surfaces
- Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, ramps, or other temporary structures
Qualifications:
- Previous commercial painting construction experience
- Ability to work 40 hours a week
- Be able to work over time if needed
- Strong references that will support your work history
- Must have tools
- Must be able to get to the job site
